Navrachana Vidyani Vidyalaya welcomed back its alumni from the batches of 2002 onwards for a heartwarming Homecoming celebration. From nostalgic walks through familiar corridors to joyful reunions with teachers, the campus came alive with memories.
Alumni were greeted with a special souvenir reading “Once a Vidyanian, Always a Vidyanian”, crafted by alumna Anusha Sarkar (Batch 2011) founder of Mandala. Over 150 alumni were introduced to the vision of ANVVA by Tarang Patel (Batch 2008) and Karna Deshmukh (Batch 2011), followed by a warm address by our Principal, Dr. Archana Mishra.
The video “Back to Where It All Began” and an impromptu Q&A filled the day with laughter, reflections, and shared pride. The celebrations continued over a delightful lunch of Pav Bhaji, Thepla with Raita, and Custard served in the school dining hall. Adding a sweet note to the occasion, a special dessert was sent for all by our alumnus Malav Patel (Batch 2017), owner of Madhvi Sweets.
As the day drew to a close, the alumni departed with smiling faces, renewed friendships, and hearts full of gratitude—carrying with them the comforting assurance that no matter how far life takes them, Navrachana Vidyani Vidyalaya will always be home.

On January 11 the ANVVA group took career guidance sessions for class 12 at Navrachana Vidyani, where Engg-Math alumni Nanda Pandya (2015 – Engineering Textile), Sameep Surya (2010 – Engineering), Pratham Raval and Bhavesh Rughwani (2016 – Engineering) conducted the session with students of 12A, while Dr. Yashika Nathani (Medical-Bio) took over students of 12B. Also Yash Naik (Humanities), Tarang Patel, Smit Modi, Zheel Dinger (Commerce) and Karna Deshmukh talked to students of 12D, 12C and 11E respectively. To add on to their excitement they had
Alumni Lunch Meet on January 12, a reunion of thoughts, emotions and expression of feelings over lunch at the school dining hall and proved the quote, ‘It’s seeing the people who you were close to all those years ago, and re-exploring the relationships of the past. We did not change as we grew older; we just became more clearly ourselves.’
Such reunions enable many people to gather together with diverse purposes who would ordinarily never find mutual interests.

On January 26 2018, a cricket tournament was organised for our Alumni. Ex-students from across all batches turned up in large numbers to revisit their memories created on their favourite Vidyani ground! There were four teams, named after teachers in the fray, and ultimately our Principal’s team romped home to victory.
